Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and address incoming support tickets in HubSpot, ensuring prompt and precise resolution.

• Supervise a shared inbox and communicate swiftly and professionally with patients, medical professionals, team members, and partners.

• Manage inbound and outbound support calls, resolving issues in real time.

• Troubleshoot login problems for web and mobile applications, assisting users towards resolution.

• Update and expand the company knowledge base with new information.

• Organize and oversee patient tasks within RPM/CCM software to facilitate care coordination.

• Accept additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

• Assist in ensuring that patients and providers receive prompt and dependable support.

• Contribute to the seamless daily operations of the RPM/CCM platform through effective task management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Competence in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with Monday.com.

• Knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM/ticketing systems.

• Highly organized with the capability to multitask efficiently.

• Self-motivated and proactive work approach.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Advanced computer literacy and a quick learner of new software.

• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.

• Comfort with AI tools to facilitate daily tasks and communication.

• Genuine interest in AI and willingness to experiment with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and workflow automation platforms.

• Preferred: Experience in healthcare or medical billing.

• Preferred: Familiarity with EHR/EMR platforms.

• Preferred: Experience with Confluence.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.
