This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Offer technical guidance and support to advisory staff for moderate to intricate loan cases.
β’ Aid Support Services Specialists in crafting and executing procedures in line with established policies.
β’ Collaborate as a team to fulfill additional responsibilities as needed.
β’ Employ digital solutions to enhance efficiency, streamline members' banking experiences, and improve overall member satisfaction.
β’ Provide assistance to both staff and members in lending and service administration.
β’ Facilitate the implementation and upkeep of departmental programs, products, and procedures.
β’ Ensure that all activities adhere to credit union policies and procedures.
β’ At least 1 year of formal education or its equivalent.
β’ 1β3 years of relevant job experience or a comparable combination of education and experience.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft O365, workflows, and file management.
β’ Excellent communication skills with the capability to connect well with members and colleagues.
β’ Proven dedication to ongoing education and personal growth.
β’ Detail-oriented with an awareness of risk factors.
β’ Skilled in digital literacy, encompassing critical thinking, problem-solving, and navigation through digital solutions.
β’ Comfortable using Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Teams, Viva, Power Automate, and PowerBI.
β’ Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
