• Deliver exceptional and prompt assistance to Amplify customers through incoming calls, emails, voicemails, and chat interactions across various platforms and systems.
• Utilize effective questioning methods and a keen eye for detail to confirm the customer’s issue and provide a precise, timely resolution with empathy.
• Generate and monitor support tickets for each concern with a high degree of detail.
• Successfully handle a substantial volume of support tickets.
• Investigate solutions to customer inquiries and challenges using Amplify’s Knowledge Base.
• Oversee a small team of contracted agents during peak onboarding periods.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience utilizing Google Suite products.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Customer Service sector.
