📋 Description

• Assist customers with their inquiries related to products and services at RocketNode.

• Professionally welcome customers prior to addressing their support tickets.

• Comprehend customer concerns and offer additional help as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with the Virtualizor Front End Panel.

• Proficiency with the Pterodactyl Front End Panel.

• Experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems.

• Understanding of Pterodactyl Eggs including Minecraft, GTA:5 FiveM, and Rust.
