This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee a global Support team dedicated to maintaining the quality, accuracy, and promptness of our live esports data streams.
• Lead a diverse team of professionals operating 24/7 across various regions.
• Develop processes that promote sustainable scaling and enhance collaboration across teams.
• Serve as a primary point of escalation during critical operational situations.
• Foster a culture that encourages clarity, accountability, and teamwork.
• Previous experience in managing a remote international team of 5-10 individuals with a background in live support.
• A customer-focused service orientation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient communication and teamwork skills.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
• Familiarity with competitive gaming and well-known esports titles (CS2, DotA, League of Legends, Valorant, Rainbow 6 Siege) is a plus.
