This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Provide technical consulting to customers and partners to facilitate successful onboarding, configuration, and utilization of our solutions.
• Deliver ongoing technical support services, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution.
• Utilize a ticketing system to monitor and respond to alerts, manage escalations, and maintain communication with other technical and sales teams.
• Support PreSales TechOps and other technical teams regarding architecture, deployment, and best practices.
• Experience in technical support, customer engineering, or a related client-facing technical position.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to quickly identify issues.
• Experience in supporting web backend systems.
• Basic proficiency in Linux command line is essential.
• Familiarity with Apache and NGINX web servers is required.
• Working knowledge of hosting panels (cPanel/WHM, Plesk, etc.) is advantageous.
• Experience with ModSecurity is beneficial.
• Familiarity with the Atlassian software stack is a plus.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages are advantageous).
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.
• Professional proficiency in both written and verbal English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Work fully remotely with a distributed team across Europe, APAC, and the Americas.
