
Support Engineer – Service Desk Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Respond to customer support inquiries and requests.
• Deliver end-user assistance for computers, operating systems, applications, network connectivity, printers, and other peripherals.
• Oversee and record tickets in the ticketing system.
• Engage with and escalate issues to vendors and additional support tiers.
• Review and update documented information.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in help desk and support roles.
• Excellent written communication skills for chat support and clear verbal communication for telephone assistance.
• Strong logical reasoning abilities to troubleshoot and devise solutions.
• Proficient in Portuguese and Spanish, as support will be provided to Latin America in Spanish.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT concepts.
