This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver outstanding remote support for mission-critical SAP applications.
• Address complex customer challenges through systematic troubleshooting.
• Assist with client customizations, offering expertise and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers to implement application fixes for critical product defects.
• Work alongside team members in a virtual environment.
• 5 to 9 years of pertinent SAP experience, especially with SD Modules.
• 5 to 9 years of direct support for application end-users within a corporate setting.
• Proven success in multiple SAP implementation or upgrade projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of supporting business processes.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving abilities.
• SAP certification(s) is preferred.
• Proficiency in both English and Portuguese is essential.
