This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver outstanding remote support for critical SAP applications.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide assistance for various SAP modules for international clients.
• Identify significant issues and create, test, package, and implement solutions.
• Address intricate customer challenges utilizing systematic troubleshooting techniques.
• Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their requirements and facilitate business transformations.
• Configure, present, and discuss best practices and functionalities concerning the SAP WM and MM modules.
• Assist with client customizations and offer recommendations on best practices.
• Work together with team members in a virtual collaborative environment.
• 5 to 9 years of pertinent SAP experience, particularly with MM/WM Modules.
• 5 to 9 years of direct support experience for application end-users within a corporate setting.
• A proven history of successful involvement in SAP implementations, roll-outs, or application support.
• Relevant knowledge and understanding of business process support.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving abilities.
• SAP certification(s) are preferred.
• Familiarity with maintenance/patching processes and SAP architecture.
• A demonstrated history of resolving complex issues across multiple modules.
