This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Address intricate customer challenges by employing systematic troubleshooting grounded in extensive knowledge of SAP applications functionality and technology.
• Engage closely with customers on a daily basis to comprehend their requirements, facilitate business transformations, and ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience.
• Capacity to configure, present, and discuss best practices and features of the SAP eWM and MM modules.
• Familiarity with Mexican localization tax and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in client customizations by sharing expertise and best practice recommendations.
• Develop or collaborate with a developer to provide application break fixes for critical product defects.
• Offer hands-on support utilizing proprietary tools in a testing environment or through remote client connections.
• Actively contribute to a support organization that operates 24x7x365, necessitating flexibility in work hours.
• Collaborate with team members in a virtual team setting to apply field experience to various client scenarios.
• Aid in the creation and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and innovative processes to enhance the client experience.
• Over 5 years of relevant SAP experience, particularly with MM/eWM Modules.
• More than 5 years of direct support for application end-users within a corporate setting.
• Proven expertise in MM-eWM (integration, troubleshooting, configuration).
• Demonstrated capability to support Brazil-specific localizations in MM processes (e.g., Nota Fiscal, tax calculation, integration with fiscal solutions).
• Experience in highly customized environments (Z routines, user exits, enhancements).
• Proficient in managing critical incidents and operating within SLA-driven environments.
• Established record in documentation and knowledge transfer activities (such as KT sessions, creating runbooks, and solution documentation).
• A history of successful roles in SAP implementations, rollouts, or application support.
• Relevant understanding and working knowledge of supporting business processes.
