Support Engineer, SAP FI/CO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding remote support for essential SAP applications.

• Address intricate customer challenges through systematic troubleshooting, leveraging extensive knowledge of SAP applications' functionality and technology.

• Engage with customers daily to grasp their requirements, facilitate business transformations, and ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience.

• Offer remote functional support and training for various SAP FI/CO modules.

• Assist with client customizations, providing implementation insights and best practices advice.

• Develop solutions for critical product defects through application break fixes.

• Create scripts to identify, analyze, and resolve data issues.

• Oversee one or more key assigned accounts serving as a technical and functional advisor.

• Provide hands-on support using proprietary tools in a test environment or via remote client connectivity.

• Actively contribute to a support organization that operates 24x7x365.

• Collaborate with team members in a virtual team setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant SAP experience, particularly in all facets of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO).

• Skills in Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), and Asset Management are advantageous.

• More than 5 years of direct support experience for application end-users in a corporate setting.

• Profound working knowledge and understanding of business process support.

• Familiarity with Brazilian localization tax and regulatory requirements, such as Sped, ICMS/IPI, and NFe - Electronic Nota Fiscal.

• Expertise in SAP 4.x and ECC, including complete life-cycle implementation experience, configuration, and administration of the application.

• Understanding of maintenance/patching processes and SAP architecture.
