This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Perform routine service visits, conduct system testing, and ensure the peak performance of water treatment programs.
• Maintain detailed records of all service activities and effectively communicate findings to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Keep an accurate inventory of onsite chemicals.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to create, implement, and refine water treatment programs.
• Resolve technical issues at customer locations and aid in the formulation of corrective action plans.
• Spot growth opportunities within current accounts and support business development initiatives at potential sites.
• Evaluate program performance by analyzing operational data and suggesting enhancements.
• Ensure all tasks are carried out safely, in compliance with regulations, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial water treatment or a similar area is preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally to customer sites frequently.
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as necessary.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
