
Support Engineer, German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide technical consulting to clients and partners to ensure effective onboarding, configuration, and utilization of our solutions.
• Offer continuous technical support services, resolve issues, and guarantee timely solutions.
• Utilize a ticketing system, monitor and respond to alerts, handle escalations, and facilitate communication with other technical and sales teams.
• Collaborate with PreSales TechOps and other technical teams on architecture, deployment, and best practices.
• Proven experience in technical support, customer engineering, or a comparable client-facing technical position.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a knack for swiftly diagnosing issues.
• Experience in supporting web backend systems.
• Fundamental Linux command line skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Apache and NGINX web servers is required.
• Familiarity with hosting panels (cPanel/WHM, Plesk, etc.) is advantageous.
• Experience with ModSecurity is beneficial.
• Familiarity with the Atlassian software stack is a plus.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a bonus).
• Professional proficiency in both written and verbal English and German is mandatory.
