This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Deliver prompt and effective responses to all support inquiries across various subjects.
• Assess support cases by guiding users to existing solutions, code samples, documentation, or escalating to designated technical or business team members.
• Oversee multiple feedback platforms, such as GitHub Issues & Discussions.
• Recognize opportunities for developing or acquiring internal tools to enhance support efficiency.
• Duplicate issues, formulate test cases, and enhance test coverage if you have experience in testing.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing developer support to technical clients.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English.
• Proficient in utilizing Linux/Unix operating systems and the command line interface.
• Experience with GitHub Issues and Discussions is essential.
• Familiarity with popular JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, and Svelte is an advantage.
• A degree in Computer Science is considered a plus.
