This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
⢠Become an expert in our ProStore® system installations, mastering all modules and processes.
⢠Provide guidance to our clients on application-related issues, identifying practical solutions and ensuring top-notch IT support.
⢠Oversee the maintenance and configuration of our ProStore® modules, assess system performance, and enhance workflows.
⢠Assist with ProStore® deployments and actively share your expertise with the team.
⢠Address requests at the 2nd level support and collaborate closely with colleagues and other departments.
⢠A degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualifications gained through relevant professional experience.
⢠A team-oriented individual: You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy tackling complex challenges.
⢠Customer-centric approach: You prioritize service and take pleasure in assisting others.
⢠Proficiency in both German and English, in both written and spoken forms.
⢠Ideally, you have a background in SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, or Java.
