This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Deliver email and live technical assistance to our enterprise clients.
• Diagnose and replicate product issues, conduct quality assurance, and file formal bug reports or feature requests.
• Work collaboratively with software developers, sales engineers, and technical account managers.
• Strive to enhance and optimize various Support and Engineering processes and tools.
• Ensure that customers enjoy a positive support experience with every interaction.
• Over 4 years of experience in advanced customer-facing technical support.
• Proficient with MySQL or MySQL-compatible databases (such as MariaDB, Aurora, etc.) and SQL Query Optimization.
• Possess a strong skill set in system administration, quality assurance, and testing.
• Familiarity with a scripting or programming language.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and AWS/GCP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Engage in our on-call rotation, which may include weekends and holidays.
