This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries and bug reports received through Slack, investigate their accounts, identify the issues, and resolve them effectively.

• The primary focus is on diagnosing and resolving problems. When a customer reports "this isn't working," your role is to determine the cause and either implement a fix or involve the appropriate team member.

• Utilize AI tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) as a default approach to expedite solutions. This practice is integral to our operations, rather than a mere enhancement.

• Collaborate closely with our support lead, who manages customer relationships. You will provide the technical expertise that complements their skills.

• As you identify product opportunities and contribute to shipping features, there is potential for this position to evolve into a product engineering role. While this is not the immediate priority, the pathway exists.


⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of experience. You don't need to be at a senior level, but you should be capable of debugging, solving problems, and working autonomously with minimal guidance.

• Strong experience with React is essential, as you will be addressing frontend issues and implementing fixes.

• Proficiency in TypeScript and the ability to read and write SQL for debugging purposes (we use Postgres, but being technically adept is more critical than familiarity with a specific stack).

• Excellent communication skills are crucial. This aspect is more important than any other in this role. You should proactively ask questions when faced with challenges, follow up consistently, and keep founders and team members informed. Much of your work will be ambiguous, and comfort in navigating that uncertainty is necessary.
