This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver exceptional technical support to operators and enterprises globally.
• Examine trends and patterns in customer messaging traffic within our production environment.
• Conduct in-depth triage and resolution of technical issues spanning both software applications and network layers.
• Assist Sinch colleagues, including the sales team, during customer integration, onboarding, and post-deployment stages.
• Engage directly with customers in various technical domains, utilizing cutting-edge communication technologies, including rich messaging, while collaborating with top suppliers such as Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and Meta.
• Experience in a technical role directly interacting with global enterprise customers.
• Solid grasp of the TCP/IP protocol suite and web protocols.
• Skilled in utilizing service ticketing systems like Zendesk, Atlassian Jira Service Management, etc.
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal) for effective communication with global teams and customers.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent formal IT/technical certifications.
• Basic understanding of UNIX/Linux systems, HTTP, SMPP, Rest, SQL, Postman.
• Experience in telecommunications or wireless communication.
• Familiarity with mobile communication standards such as GSM and 4G.
• Knowledge of the SS7 protocol suite and SIGTRAN.
