This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Engage with users to understand their needs and resolve technical issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries, analyze, and troubleshoot faults.
• Utilize monitoring tools and analyze logs for problem diagnosis.
• Ensure the stable operation of the company's IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate within a team and work with other departments.
• Maintain a high level of service quality even in stressful situations.
• Continuously enhance technical skills and adapt to changes in technology.
• Over 3 years of experience in technical support.
• Proficient in Windows and Linux at an administrator level.
• Understanding of networking technologies.
• Confident in using diagnostic tools to analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Experience with Oracle databases (SQL/PLSQL) and MSSQL.
• Ability to quickly identify and implement solutions.
• Willingness to learn and pursue professional development.
