This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Deliver top-notch remote engineering support diagnostics for both external and internal clients.
β’ Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.
β’ Resolve technical issues remotely through end-user communications and proactive notification systems.
β’ High School Diploma; a College Degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
β’ A minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service: both Remote and Onsite.
β’ Standby After-Hours support on a rotational basis, with an expectation to cover at least one shift per month, ensuring 24x7 and 18x6 customer entitlement.
