This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Deliver top-tier engineering support remotely, diagnosing issues for both external and internal clients.
• Accountable for executing part or the entirety of the technical solutions provided to clients.
• Resolve technical problems for end users remotely.
• Collaborate with various departments to deliver a comprehensive, end-to-end solution for customers.
• Initiate an onsite engagement if remote resolution proves ineffective.
• Continuously propose improvements in the realm of remote engineering.
• High School Diploma; a College Degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
• At least three (3) years of experience in customer service, both remote and onsite.
• In-depth knowledge of software and hardware related to computing, storage, and peripheral devices.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in remote troubleshooting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to comprehend and analyze issues or challenges to formulate and execute a corrective action plan.
• Standby after-hours support following a rotational schedule.
