This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You assist our partners through phone, email, and a ticketing system for the Cyber Security solutions we support.
• You receive, analyze, and evaluate customer requests.
• You manage standard inquiries independently.
• You collaborate with colleagues from 2nd-level support or with vendors/manufacturers on complex issues.
• You work closely with pre-sales colleagues to integrate practical, everyday insights into projects.
• You undertake various tasks in both existing and new projects at regional, national, and international levels.
• You engage in national and international events organized by Exclusive Networks and our vendors for ongoing professional development.
• You possess fundamental networking knowledge (DHCP, IP, TCP/UDP, DNS).
• You have a self-motivated, organized approach to work and enjoy collaboratively developing solutions within a team.
• You are personable, articulate, and a good listener.
• You exhibit analytical and logical thinking abilities.
• You have an interest in new technologies in cyber security and cloud solutions and are committed to continuous learning.
• Previous experience with products from our partners such as Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Tanium, Infoblox, Extreme Networks, F5 Networks, etc. is advantageous but not mandatory.
• You are fluent in German and regularly utilize your strong English skills in both written and verbal communication.
• You present yourself in a friendly, confident, and professional manner.
• You work in a customer- and solution-oriented fashion and can manage a high workload under pressure.
