This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Create and sustain tools and features to enhance the platform's support capabilities.
• Participate in the on-call schedule.
• Produce reliability assessments.
• Collaborate with other experts to deliver features punctually, maintaining quality and specifications.
• Comprehend testing methodologies and possess the ability to write testable code along with the associated tests.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Live Ops development team.
• BSc or BEng in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent qualifications or experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with GO is preferred.
• Experience with both Relational (SQL) and Non-Relational (NoSQL) databases.
• Knowledge of AWS and/or Terraform is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proven experience in monitoring and resolving issues within a production environment is mandatory.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work rapidly, efficiently, and under tight deadlines.
