This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Serve as a point of escalation for Tier 1 engineers: providing mentorship, technical guidance, and troubleshooting support (Linux, Kubernetes, AWS, file systems, virtualization).
• Oversee and monitor hybrid infrastructure, including servers (Linux/Windows), Kubernetes, AWS, storage, backups, and VMware.
• Streamline processes through automation using Ansible and Terraform; manage system configurations effectively.
• Address tickets in a 24/5 operational environment and engage in Scrum ceremonies.
• Assist with Windows-to-Linux migration, develop documentation, and contribute to various infrastructure projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS) with strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with Windows administration and Active Directory.
• Practical experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls) and storage systems (NetApp, Pure Storage).
• Proficient in automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet/Chef, Jenkins) and GitHub.
• Expertise in VMware vSphere/ESXi.
• Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, PowerShell).
• Knowledgeable in Kubernetes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher, capable of engaging in conversations with clients in English.

• Full-time schedule with working hours from 15:00 to 24:00 in Cyprus;
