This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Efficiently manage all incoming calls and email inquiries related to room reservations for Soho House properties in the Americas, successfully converting inquiries into bookings while adhering to mystery shop guidelines.
• Ensure precise data entry, guaranteeing that all guest records are entered accurately at all times, without exception.
• Maintain commercial awareness and provide recommendations on services, staying informed about all promotions and special offers throughout the business.
• Uphold Soho House's reputation as unparalleled in the industry for customer experience by consistently exceeding guest expectations and delivering service excellence.
• Participate in any necessary training to fulfill the aforementioned responsibilities.
• Work towards agreed KPIs and comply with company policies and procedures, all while delivering service excellence in alignment with the Soho House ethos.
• Previous experience in a Reservations Agent role or comparable position—telephone-based customer service experience is essential.
• Prior experience with Opera is required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
• Experience working with high-profile or VIP guests is preferred.
• Background in a 5-star or luxury hotel setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to manage complaints effectively.
• Excellent proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
• Outstanding time management skills with the capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
