Support Assistant, Power Embedded

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct client meetings to showcase and install the system;

• Offer customer support to address inquiries regarding system usage;

• Create tickets for the development team to resolve issues or introduce new system features;

• Update documentation for new features on the system website (WordPress).
