This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver first-line technical assistance for network and network security solutions;
• Create and escalate tickets to second-level support and solution vendors;
• Work in conjunction with the monitoring team;
• Engage in pre-sales activities and oversee client deployment projects for the accounts assigned to you;
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team;
• Generate management reports;
• Participate in status-report meetings with clients;
• Take part in training sessions and certifications offered by solution vendors;
• Familiarity with Cisco, TP-Link, Mikrotik, Fortinet, and Ubiquiti solutions is a plus;
• Punctuality is essential;
• Maintain a calm and composed demeanor;
• Strong communication skills are required;
• Must be organized and proactive;
