This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Triage of tickets, ensuring they are directed to the suitable team
• Management of tickets related to login creation and addressing user inquiries
• Comprehensive understanding of the platform, its features, and the expected behavior in response to requests
• Providing chat support for both reception staff and physicians
• Overseeing Business Intelligence (BI) for data analysis and process enhancement
• Engaging in regular meetings with clients
• Presenting and validating solutions to clients
• Drafting release notes for updates and improvements to the platform
• Ongoing development of knowledge about the platform
• Currently pursuing a university degree program (preferred)
• At least 6 months of experience in customer support
• Prior experience in the hospital/healthcare industry (preferred)
