This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Diagnose business and operational challenges related to the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and associated software.
• Assess issues and provide relevant data if complications are escalated to the ERP vendor.
• Oversee the WMS environments and facilitate the migration of configurations between different settings.
• Assist in the operation and ongoing enhancement of monitoring for our cloud solutions.
• Monitor SQL performance, including index and query optimization.
• Keep comprehensive documentation of configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and support workflows for future reference and knowledge base articles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field;
• Over 5 years of experience in technical customer support.
• More than 3 years of experience with SQL/Oracle.
• Practical experience with Linux systems.
• Preferred: Background in software development.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, OCI, Google Cloud).
• Preferred: Experience with supply chain, distribution, and interface technologies.
