This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will engage with customers, identify tailored solutions, and gather structured feedback to contribute to our ongoing improvement.

• You will address and oversee customer concerns across all channels: via phone, email, or chat.
• You will gradually build an exceptional customer journey: from the moment of ordering, you ensure that our customers consistently have an optimal experience with Reboots/Venen Engel, thereby representing our brand positively.
• Excellent proficiency in German and English.
• Knowledge of Spanish is advantageous and/or French language skills are desirable.
• A self-reliant working style with discipline and a goal-oriented approach are your strengths.
• You enjoy challenging the status quo and are open to change.
• You are reliable, loyal, and motivated.
• You have gained initial experience in support and are confident in customer interactions.
• You possess enthusiasm for engaging with people and for sales via phone and new media.
• You have actively worked with CRM programs and are proficient with Google Suite.

• You are flexible and remain composed even in chaotic situations.
• You are a team player, as demonstrated in your job or leisure activities.
