Support Administrator, Intune, Defender

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Deliver daily operational support and administration for Microsoft cloud services, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.

• Manage incoming tickets and create documentation regarding the current infrastructure.

• Assist the Platform Manager in developing governance policies.

• Oversee and manage platform performance, escalating issues as needed.

• Offer continuous technical and operational support to Platform Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Intermediate level expertise in daily operational support and administration for Microsoft cloud services, such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Defender.

• Practical experience with endpoint security, threat detection, and response.

• Capability to design, deploy, and troubleshoot modern endpoint management.

• Strong comprehension of identity as the control plane.

• Proficiency in documenting solutions and maintaining operational runbooks.

• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
