This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead, oversee, and evaluate the release management processes for Workday.
• Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of Workday release activities.
• Ensure the smooth implementation of updates and modifications to Workday environments.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders from HCM, Finance, IT, Quality Management, Security, Privacy, and AI.
• Serve as a communication link between IT and end users to guarantee compatibility for Workday releases.
• 3-5 years of education and experience with Workday.
• 5 years of experience in a business or technical capacity within Information Technology or a related field.
• 5 years of project management experience, either technical or general.
• 3-5 years of implementation experience in Workday, focusing on HCM and Finance with an emphasis on release and deployment.
• Proven experience in defining and documenting complex system requirements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple interdependencies across third-party platforms (e.g., Phenom, Broadbean, DocuSign).
