This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Actively seek out, engage, and onboard dependable suppliers, which include recyclers, processors, and manufacturers.

• Develop and expand sustainable, long-term supply channels with high volume rather than focus on transactional, one-off agreements.

• Conduct structured and frequent outreach daily through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to discover new supply prospects.

• Take charge of the negotiation process for competitive pricing, volumes, and commercial conditions.

• Cultivate and oversee ongoing relationships with suppliers to ensure the sustainability of partnerships.

• Work closely with the sales team based in India to effectively manage active deals.

• Clearly and efficiently communicate material specifications, pricing details, and supply availability.

• Serve as the vital link ensuring alignment between external suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Handle and assess incoming inquiries from US and global markets, directing strategic opportunities internally.

• Keep detailed records of all outreach and commercial activities using Zoho CRM.

• Monitor key performance indicators, such as supplier onboarding metrics, deal flow, and secured volumes.

• Provide structured, data-driven weekly updates to leadership.

• Demonstrated success in B2B procurement, sourcing, trading, or commercial sales roles with direct responsibility for deals.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and strong negotiation skills.

• A proactive 'hunter' mentality with a high comfort level in executing frequent outreach and establishing relationships from the ground up.

• Highly organized with strong CRM management skills (experience with Zoho is a plus).

• Previous experience in plastics, recycling, or commodity trading is highly beneficial.
