This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the integrity of inbound and outbound signals within the system; identify and address planning exceptions for a rolling 18-month horizon.

• Manage master data, transportation routes, and additional setups.

• Implement dispatch planning and load optimization, ensuring a balance between service quality and costs.

• Develop and update stock policies for Finished Goods.

• Assist with new product launches, transitions, and other business initiatives.

• Collaborate with customer service, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely execution.

• Serve as the primary liaison with markets for alignment and issue resolution.

• Monitor and drive improvements in KPIs such as Customer Order Fulfillment, Stock coverage, freshness, and Dispatch Plan Attainment.

• Oversee reporting and governance, including compliance tools and health checks.

• Work in partnership with production and domestic teams on constraints and trade-offs.

• Facilitate scenario planning, including reallocation, prioritization, and alternative sourcing.

• Promote enhancements in planning processes, master data accuracy, and system utilization.

• Contribute to automation, data quality initiatives, and NCE/LEAN projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Supply Planning is required, ideally with exposure to Exports in an international context.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) is essential.

• Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written), along with strong presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities, are required (including the capacity to develop and sustain robust cross-functional stakeholder relationships).

• Proven capability to influence key business functions across various global regions without direct authority.

• Ability to adopt an end-to-end mindset and translate complex data into clear, actionable business decisions.

• Must be able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Adaptability and capability to navigate through change management are essential.

• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Chinese is preferred.
