Supply Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding process for SME suppliers in a designated region and maintain effective relationships with them.

• Adhere to the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for onboarding SME suppliers onto the platform.

• Frequently visit supplier facilities to gather marketplace inquiries.

• Promote the utilization of products developed by Zetwerk among SME suppliers.

• Cultivate relationships with local stakeholders and industrial associations.

• Organize local events aimed at enhancing supplier relationship management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tier 1/2/3 institutions.

• 2-3 years of experience with SME lending NBFCs or in Supplier Merchant Onboarding.

• Proficient in English, Hindi, and a regional language.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
