This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of sustainability initiatives within the supply chain that align with corporate ESG objectives and external standards.
• Manage the identification and onboarding of a diverse range of suppliers, including performance monitoring and both internal and external reporting.
• Execute human rights due diligence procedures throughout the supply chain.
• Concentrate on compliance regarding conflict minerals and the mitigation of forced labor risks.
• Perform assessments of sustainability maturity within the supply chain and segment suppliers accordingly.
• Incorporate ESG risks and opportunities into sourcing and procurement strategies.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, and Sustainability teams to ensure alignment of policies, procedures, and supplier expectations.
• Improve data collection, automation, and reporting capabilities related to ESG metrics, supplier disclosures, and traceability systems.
• Foster supplier engagement and build capabilities through training, communication, and initiatives aimed at performance enhancement.
• Contribute to resilience planning, responsible sourcing innovation, and projects that promote cross-functional transformation.
• Lead and support comprehensive Supply Chain Strategic programs that advance enterprise objectives, enhance cross-functional alignment, and facilitate scalable supply chain capabilities.
• Report directly to the Supplier Diversity and Sustainability Leader.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Sustainability, Business, or a related discipline.
• More than 3 years of experience in supply chain, sustainability/ESG, procurement, or compliance roles.
• Solid understanding of human rights due diligence in the supply chain.
• Familiarity with conflict minerals regulations, particularly Dodd-Frank Section 1502.
• Knowledge of international responsible sourcing standards.
• Experience in supplier diversity initiatives.
• Awareness of ESG reporting standards and regulatory frameworks, such as CSRD, GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
• Capability to manage intricate datasets and support supply chain digitization efforts.
• Experience with supplier platforms, dashboards, and traceability tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong project management skills and business insight.
• Over 3 years of experience working cross-functionally and engaging with suppliers.
• Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in Sustainability & Diversity.
• Effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Skills in project coordination, resource management, and strategic planning.
• Proficient in process adherence and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to convey complex data in a clear and impactful manner.
