This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee Global Supply Chain Management operations within the Naval Power Mission Area, supporting the production portfolio of Naval Standard Missile Systems.
• Act as the liaison between Supply Chain and Program for production contracts.
• Formulate and execute material strategies and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with cost and schedule objectives.
• Analyze metrics to assess the health of Global Supply Chain Management.
• Evaluate and develop suppliers while supporting ROMs/proposals.
• Lead Supplier Health initiatives and ensure that supply-chain capabilities, staffing, and production planning align with contractual commitments.
• Travel extensively to the supply base to evaluate and confirm supplier capabilities.
• Regularly visit Raytheon facilities, mainly in Tucson, to collaborate with stakeholders and internal partners.
• Propel processes to successful completion within a demanding delivery timeline.
• Enhance operational efficiencies.
• Manage both strategic and tactical tasks.
• Influence team decisions and the outcomes of other program leaders.
• Collaborate across functions with quality, engineering, operations, and additional teams.
• Handle multiple conflicting priorities in coordination with supplier managers.
• Synthesize information from various sources to achieve successful results.
• Evaluate supplier health and capabilities in relation to contracted deliverables.
• A University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience leading or participating in cross-functional teams.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory for security clearance eligibility.
• An active and existing DoD Secret clearance is required from day one.
• EVMS certification is preferred.
• Experience in leading program management efforts, managing issues, and resolving conflicts is preferred.
• Financial background, including supplier negotiations and execution of cost-reduction strategies, is preferred.
• Experience in managing suppliers or projects is preferred.
• Background in supporting supplier production-readiness initiatives and capacity evaluations is preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively to suppliers and regularly to Raytheon facilities, primarily in Tucson.
