This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute daily operations for the designated Finance Business Services tower, including procure to pay, order to cash, or record to report processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Utilize foundational skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entry, or financial reporting.
• Organize, file, and/or distribute necessary internal and external documents.
• Engage in departmental and strategic projects.
• Work alongside project/product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Provide support and assistance to junior analysts.
• Manage workload effectively while balancing competing priorities.
• Present insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to managers and leadership.
• Develop and propose solutions based on previous experience.
• Collect input and feedback regarding business requirements.
• Carry out operational tasks associated with the assigned procure to pay, order to cash, or record to report tower.
• Analyze data in reports and ledgers.
• Offer advice and analysis aimed at enhancing efficiency.
• Implement month-end and year-end procedures.
• Monitor progress toward key performance indicators and service level agreements.
• Assist the Finance Business Services manager in constructing and interpreting business analyses.
• Collaborate with project teams and business partners to achieve project objectives.
• Help prioritize tasks and ensure high quality and accuracy.
• Stay informed about finance developments and trends, including analytics, intelligent automation, and robotics.
• Take part in the ongoing enhancement of financial shared-services processes and tools.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• 2-4 years of pertinent work experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software, as well as other accounting software applications.
• Solid understanding of accounting and/or finance principles and practices.
• Familiarity with statistical methodology, generally accepted accounting principles, and generally accepted auditing standards.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Capacity to anticipate work requirements and engage professionally with clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research capabilities.
• Experience with data analytics and data visualization is preferred.
• Familiarity with innovative technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain is highly desirable.
• Ability to prepare and present clear, concise administrative and financial reports.
• High school diploma and/or GED is required.
• Leadership experience is not required.
• Flexible remote/virtual work arrangement.
• Overnight travel typically accounts for less than 10% of the time.
