This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and take ownership of the sales and operations planning (S&OP) cadence, which includes demand inputs, modeling, capacity reviews, network assessments, and KPI/performance management.
• Deliver dependable forward-looking forecasts to fulfillment partners, pharmacy locations, and Procurement.
• Lead and nurture teams across Systems & Formulary, Demand & Supply Planning, and Network & Fulfillment Operations.
• Develop the organizational structure, clarify ownership, and minimize key-person risk.
• Revamp pharmacy operational processes that encompass Patient Support, credentialing, and partner-side operations.
• Collaborate daily with Product and Engineering to convert operational challenges into requirements and promote scalable solutions.
• Generate documentation and reference frameworks for SKU composition, temperature and handling requirements, and processes.
• Enhance turnaround SLAs across the fulfillment network while maintaining a balance between service, quality, and cost.
• Manage forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and cost control in conjunction with Finance.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while partnering with Quality & Compliance to ensure audit and inspection readiness.
• Oversee operational preparedness for new products, formulations, service launches, and regulatory alterations.
• Advocate for automation and technological advancements.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• More than 8 years in supply chain, operations, or production management.
• Over 4 years of experience leading teams, including managing managers or leads.
• Proven experience scaling a high-volume operation through rapid growth in mail-order or specialty pharmacy, fulfillment, distribution, or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in demand and supply planning, as well as S&OP.
• Experience in personally establishing a planning cadence.
• History of creating operating structures, documentation, and repeatable processes.
• Experience collaborating with Product or Engineering on operational tools, specifying requirements, and prioritizing construction tasks.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills across technical, operational, clinical, and finance sectors.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flat-structured environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
• Preferred: Background in 503A compounding pharmacy or pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated industries.
• Preferred: Familiarity with pharmacy management systems and order-routing or API integration environments.
• Preferred: Experience in cold-chain or temperature-controlled fulfillment.
• Preferred: Background in continuous improvement or Lean methodologies, including Six Sigma or similar practices.
• Preferred: Experience preparing regulated operations for audit or inspection readiness.
• Preferred: Experience in building a function that subsequently split or expanded into multiple leadership lanes.
