Supply Chain Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Ensure the availability of spare parts throughout the charging network.

• Support the operational uptime of high-power charging infrastructure.

• Contribute to the efficiency of logistics processes.

• Coordinate with suppliers and drive continuous operational enhancements.

• Collaborate with internal teams, repair workshops, and external vendors to manage spare parts effectively.

• Monitor and assess stock levels regularly.

• Assist in annual inventory and stock counting processes.

• Organize the return of defective hardware and spare parts.

• Oversee customs-related processes and the necessary documentation.

• Evaluate defective parts in conjunction with the repair workshop.

• Manage stock levels and anticipate demand effectively.

• Establish and maintain storage locations within SAP.

• Keep master data current in ERP systems.

• Process Intrastat requests and handle related reporting tasks.

• Order spare parts from third-party suppliers as needed.

• Track and manage pending orders and invoices.

• Facilitate meetings and communication with suppliers and service providers.

• Support and lead operational and cross-functional projects.

• Prepare reviews, analyses, and KPI-based evaluations to enhance operational performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant vocational training in logistics, wholesale & foreign trade, or a similar discipline.

• Initial professional experience in supply chain, logistics, or spare parts management is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English and German languages.

• A strong process- and KPI-oriented approach.

• A structured, analytical, and solution-focused work style.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

• A hands-on mentality with a strong focus on operational tasks.

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of Power BI is considered an advantage.
