Supply Chain Services Manager – Northern Europe

📋 Description

• Develop an in-depth understanding of Arrow’s premium supply chain solutions portfolio

• Employ consultative questioning methods to uncover customer challenges and create tailored solutions

• Utilize both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to support benefit statements

• Enhance Arrow’s share of the customer’s expenditures

• Partner with sales teams using tools like whitespace analysis to identify high-potential clients

• Formulate strategies to engage with customer influencers and decision-makers

• Ensure that solution designs align with Arrow’s financial goals within an acceptable timeframe

• Sustain implemented supply chain solutions for handoff to Sales and Business Process Excellence

• Serve as the subject matter expert and custodian of the sales funnel for Arrow’s fee-for-service offerings

• Travel within the region and internationally up to 30% of the time

⛳️ Requirements

• Higher education and/or demonstrated relevant professional experience

• Experience in at least one of the following areas: Technical Sales, Supply Chain Design, Consultative or Strategic Solution Selling, and influencing at the executive level

• Knowledge of the electronic component industry, along with relevant supply chain and manufacturing practices

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to devise successful strategies

• Quick learner with a proactive attitude and outstanding communication skills

• Project management capabilities and a collaborative spirit

• Proficient in the English language, both spoken and written

• Fluency in the local language, both spoken and written

• Willingness to travel within the region and internationally up to 30% of your time
