Supply Chain Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete lifecycle of retail purchase orders from their receipt to fulfillment.

• Proactively assess risks to fill rates, such as inventory shortages or delays in production.

• Act as the main point of contact for designated Mass accounts.

• Ensure that all orders adhere to retailer compliance standards to effectively monitor and minimize chargebacks related to execution errors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at an advanced level (C1 or higher is essential).

• Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain (experience in CPG is highly preferred).

• Direct, hands-on experience with accounts such as Fedex, Target, Doordash, or Walmart is strongly preferred.

• Solid understanding of EDI platforms, retail compliance, and intricate routing demands.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
