Content Marketing, Distribution Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create impactful marketing materials that address customer challenges.

• Oversee and enhance marketing automation processes in HubSpot to boost lead nurturing effectiveness.

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure content aligns with the current challenges faced by prospects and the stages of the sales cycle.

• Evaluate campaign performance data to refine content distribution strategies and increase conversion rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in B2B Content Marketing, Copywriting, or Marketing Operations in a SaaS or technology setting.

• A natural storyteller with the ability to engage an audience, maintain a consistent voice, and produce high-converting copy.

• Strong preference for technical processes, marketing automation, and structured workflows rather than purely manual execution.

• Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot, particularly in automated workflows, email campaigns, segmentation, and lead funnels.

• Excellent organizational skills with a background in managing co-marketing initiatives and digital events (such as webinars) with external partners.

• Native or exceptional professional proficiency in German, along with fluent business English (both written and spoken).

• A proactive mindset with the intellectual capability and resilience needed to establish new operational distribution workflows from the ground up.

• Basic knowledge of traditional SEO, along with a strong interest in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
