Supply Chain Manager – E‑Commerce, D2C

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of our supply chain management.

• Organize and coordinate both national and international transportation logistics.

• Manage relationships with fulfillment partners and oversee inventory levels.

• Ensure efficient shipping and returns processes are maintained.

• Track lead times, costs, and performance metrics while resolving operational challenges.

• Focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.

• Analyze current processes to identify areas for enhancement.

• Establish clear structures, key performance indicators (KPIs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Collaborate closely with the E-Commerce, Procurement, and Customer Success teams.

• Assist in expanding our supply chain into new markets.

• Select and develop partnerships with logistics providers.

• Contribute to initiatives involving automation and artificial intelligence.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in supply chain management within a direct-to-consumer (D2C) or business-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce setting.

• Strong experience with fulfillment processes, logistics coordination, and managing external service providers.

• A proactive hands-on approach paired with a structured and independent working style.

• Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments (e.g., startups or scale-ups).

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to assertively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in both German and English.
