Supply Chain Manager – D2C E-Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the entire Supply Chain (Purchasing, Logistics, Fulfillment, Returns)

• Management and selection of 3PL and logistics partners

• Monitoring and optimization of delivery times, costs, and service levels

• Development of KPIs, dashboards, and scalable processes

• Optimization of inventory and warehouse processes

• Support for international expansion

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics within the e-commerce or D2C environment (must-have)

• Practical experience with 3PL, fulfillment, and transport management

• Experience with FMCG or consumer goods

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a start-up or scale-up

• Excellent German and English language skills
