Supply Chain Manager, 100% Remote, D2C E-Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the complete supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, fulfillment, and returns.

• Overseeing and selecting third-party logistics (3PL) and logistics partners.

• Evaluating and enhancing lead times, costs, and service levels.

• Establishing KPIs, dashboards, and scalable operational processes.

• Streamlining inventory and warehouse operations.

• Assisting with international expansion efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain or logistics within e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) settings (mandatory).

• Practical experience with 3PL, fulfillment, and transportation management.

• Background in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer products.

• 2 to 5 years of pertinent professional experience, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
