Supply Chain Knowledge Manager

📋 Description

• Facilitate activities within the Supply Chain Knowledge Center (SCKC), showcasing commercial ownership by identifying, influencing, and backing revenue and growth opportunities through supply chain insights, solution adoption, and value-based storytelling that align with client and business objectives while embodying the principles of Stay Curious and Seek Clarity.

• Communicate clearly and engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders of diverse seniority, fostering relationships to assist with inquiries and escalate issues as necessary, thereby demonstrating a commitment to collaborative behaviors.

• Focus proactively on the client by translating supply chain capabilities into clear value narratives, promoting solution adoption, and establishing long-term partnerships through data-driven storytelling and executive-level communication—exemplifying the principle of Own the Outcome.

• Advocate for innovation in supply chain analytics, collaborating with appropriate teams to explore and implement AI-enabled enhancements that elevate insight generation, efficiency, and decision-making—reflecting the ethos of Stay Curious and Be a Challenger.

• Utilize structured feedback and stakeholder input to enhance SCKC offerings continuously, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet business needs—modeling the principles of Own the Outcome and Center on the Client.

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building robust relationships with clients.

• A team player with a positive attitude.

• Capability to influence without direct authority across internal teams.

• Self-driven and able to work independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Exceptional presentation skills.

• Demonstrated experience in leveraging data to support client outcomes.

• Ability to utilize quantitative data to illustrate measurable results.
