Supply Chain – E-commerce Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee RMAs and manage product returns

• Collaborate with 3PL warehouses and logistics partners

• Supervise inbound shipments and inventory receipts

• Generate and manage inbound shipments in NetSuite

• Monitor order fulfillment processes and resolve discrepancies

• Assist with Shopify and Amazon FBA operations

• Maintain operational reports and tracking systems

• Engage with U.S.-based teams and external partners via email, chat, and phone

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and update SOPs accordingly

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, or E-commerce Operations

• Proficient in using NetSuite

• Familiarity with Shopify

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon FBA

• Proven track record of working with 3PL providers

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Keen attention to detail

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Outstanding spoken and written English communication skills
