Supply Chain Co-Founder / Head of Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for owning, developing, and managing your startup in areas such as Supply Chain.

• You will engage in a comprehensive personal development journey designed by successful unicorn founders, following a tailored program that enhances your goal setting, time management, and energy management skills.

• You will receive assistance in recruitment through our extensive network of over 50,000 professionals, along with guidance and best practices from experienced serial entrepreneurs.

• You will undergo intensive coaching to prepare your startup for securing millions in funding.

• You will collaborate with us to iterate your product until achieving product-market fit, and receive support in building a sales force or establishing a marketing engine as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are located in Europe or the Americas, or are open to relocating.

• You are ready to take full ownership of your startup and drive it to achieve revenues exceeding €100M.

• You possess excellent communication skills in English.
