This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Oversee designated assessment workstreams and facilitate assessment activities from the start through the delivery of findings and recommendations.
β’ Implement enterprise assessment frameworks, which include stakeholder interviews, operational observations, data gathering, and analysis, ensuring compliance with established standards, methodologies, and tools.
β’ Assess financial, operational, and clinical performance through analytics, benchmarking, and evaluation against best practices.
β’ Identify performance discrepancies and assist in crafting actionable recommendations, improvement strategies, and implementation priorities in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
β’ Quantify opportunities for improvement and estimate potential financial and operational impacts through data analysis, benchmarking, and performance assessments.
β’ Validate assessment results and generate insights that facilitate measurable improvement opportunities.
β’ Aid in the creation of business cases, recommendations, and implementation priorities by recognizing risks, obstacles, and performance variances.
β’ Facilitate assessment-related engagements with client stakeholders and take part in stakeholder interviews, working sessions, and assessment reviews.
β’ Collaborate with sourcing, P2P, analytics, clinical integration, and operations teams to gather input, confirm findings, and synchronize assessment insights.
β’ Prepare materials and analyses that bolster the presentation of assessment findings and recommendations to both client and internal stakeholders.
β’ Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, operating procedures, and quality controls.
β’ Relevant degree in healthcare administration, supply chain management, healthcare operations, business, or a related discipline.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare supply chain, operations, consulting, analytics, or performance improvement.
β’ Experience in supporting assessments, operational diagnostics, performance improvement initiatives, or consulting projects.
β’ Familiarity with healthcare provider operations, supply chain functions, and spend management strategies.
β’ Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to convert data into actionable insights and recommendations.
β’ Ability to handle multiple priorities and contribute to complex projects in high-paced environments.
β’ Excellent communication skills with the capability to engage stakeholders and present findings effectively.
β’ Proven AI fluency with the skill to independently utilize AI tools to enhance productivity, critically assess AI-generated content, and effectively incorporate AI-supported insights into daily tasks.
β’ Willingness to travel regularly and promptly throughout the year to accommodate clientsβ needs and schedules.
